Love (1968, drama) ENGLISH LANGUAGE Directed
by Alastair Reid, UK After her mother (Diana Dors) commits suicide, a young
girl (Linda Hayden) moves in with the now well-off former lover of her mother
and his family. The nubile girl then proceeds to use her budding sexuality to
try and mess with the minds of all her new "family". A really decent
drama who's notoriety launched the career of Ms. Hayden (who was 15 at the time!).
With Keith Barron and Ann Lynn. Rated R

(1970, erotica / art) RATED XXX, ENGLISH LANGUAGE Directed by John &

starring gorgeous Uta Erickson. She goes on a dreamlike journey in search of her
lost brother / lover, that takes her into hell, to a swinging rock party / fashion
show, and to other strange places, losing all touch with reality! An obscure sexploitation
film with a few twisted XXX scenes thrown in, but definitely not a typical run-of-the-mill
porn movie. Well made low-budget acid-tinged madness!! ADULTS ONLY |

In Haiti (originally titled
Al tropico del cancro, 1972, giallo) IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE WITH GREEK
SUBTITLES Directed by "Edward G. Muller" (Edoardo Mulargia), Italy Slightly
uneven but ultimately effective Giallo thriller set in Haiti. There are some grisly
murders centered around the discovery of a new drug, a great sexual nightmare
sequence, and some very authentic looking "mondo"-style voodoo rituals! Starring
Anita Strindberg, Anthony Steffen (Antonio De Teffè) and Gabriele Tinti. Rated

Trintignant owns a modern chicken farm. His wife (Gina Lollobrigida) expects him
of having an affair (with "Candy" star Ewa Aulin!) and discovers the
possibility that he's the psychotic killer of prostitutes! An almost Godard-like
film about infidelity, murder, and living headless chickens! Truly in a class
by itself, you will either be fascinated by this film (I was!) or you will find
it irritating! Demands repeated viewing! DVD-R includes the original theatrical

Schoolgirls (aka Carnal Madness, 1974, erotic / exploitation) ENGLISH
LANGUAGE UN-MATTED FULL-FRAME
Directed by Greg Coratio, USA Here's a nice looking copy of this un-PC exploitation
mini-classic. 3 escaped cons, one a voice impersonation artist, the other a stereotypical
movie-homosexual, and the third a horny soul brother, run rampant in this softcore
sexploiter. Despite the rape and violence, the goings-on are presented in an almost
comical style! They sure don't make ‘em like this anymore! Lotsa' t&a in
this popular title! Starring
Michael Pataki, Bob Minor and Stephen Stucker as the 3 cons, plus a veritable
grocery list of stacked starlets including: Sharon Kelly, Brenda Miller, Jane
Steele, Zoe Grant, Debbie Raymond, Valerie Anderson, Kay Lange, Roberta Pedon,
Doree Vega, Betty Johnson and Julie Gant! DVD-R includes the original theatrical

Devils (1971, horrific period drama) WIDE-SCREEN
PICTURE, ORIGINAL UNCUT EUROPEAN THEATRICAL VERSION, ENGLISH LANGUAGE
Directed by Ken Russell, UK Father Grandier (Oliver Reed in probably his best
performance ever) is a priest running a small town that is in constant danger
of being overtaken by power hungry Cardinal Richelieu. A hunchbacked nun (Vanessa
Redgrave) who is obsessed with Grandier accuses him of being in league with Satan.
Contains a fair amount of raunchy footage that was either cropped-out or cut altogether
from the U.S. version. A bleak view of faith vs. politics. DVD-R
includes the original theatrical trailer and the deleted "Rape Of Christ"
scene. Heavily recommended! Rated R

Be Afraid Of The Dark (1973, horror) ENGLISH
LANGUAGE Directed by John Newland, USA Many remember seeing this creepy
film on television in the seventies when "made for t.v." movies were
often actually worth watching! It tells the tale of a young couple moving into
a large old house. The wife begins to feel that something sinister dwells there.
Unfortunately her friends and even her husband begin to doubt the woman's sanity!
Are there strange subhuman creatures existing underneath of the house trying to
take possession of her soul or is she losing her mind? Looks great! |
| | Erotismo
(original title: Eugenie, Historia de una Perversión, 1980,
erotica) IN SPANISH LANGUAGE WITH NO SUBTITLES Directed by Jess Franco,
Spain Based on the story by Marquis De Sade, Eugenie (effectively portrayed
by young Katja Bienert) is the nubile neighbor of Alba and Alberto (Mabel Escaño
and Antonio Mayans), two rich weirdos. (These
twisted pervs even keep Lina Romay chained up as a pseudo-pet dog!)
The couple become obsessed with the girl after seeing her
swimming nude. Alba seduces Eugenie’s father and thereby “convinces” him to let
the couple “borrow” the innocent virgin! Once in their grasp she is forced into
a world of drugs and perverse sexual games which end in murder! Probably the best
of the available Franco films from this time period. In Spanish but easy to follow!
(Not to be confused with the similarly titled 1970 film.) Rated R |

great looking fast-paced film! The startling visuals reminded me of some of Georges

The
Insatiables (Italian title: Femmine
Insaziabili,
1969, sexy drama / thriller) ENGLISH LANGUAGE WITH GREEK SUBTITLES Directed
by Alberto De Martino, Italy
An Italian
reporter in Los Angeles (Robert Hoffman) investigates the supposed car “accident”
that kills an old friend of his. It seems his buddy had left Italy to become the
spokesmodel for a huge chemical products corporation only to get spoiled by his
new wealth and fame! The new celebrity’s scandalous behavior causes the reporter
to believe his buddy was bumped-off for financial reasons. Through a series of
flashbacks we learn that almost everybody had a reason for wanting him dead! Had
this been a strictly U.S. production, this probably would’ve been a typical t.v.
movie-ish yawnfest, but Italian director De Martino keeps things lively and swingin’!
The second half really cuts loose! A good amount of action and some nudity (with
a gratuitous psychedelic orgy scene common to the Italian flicks of this era)
keeps this stylish thriller’s roots firmly planted in Euro-trash territory! Recommended!
Also with Dorothy Malone, Luciana Paluzzi, Frank Wolff, John Ireland, Nicoletta
Machiavelli, Ini Assmann, Rainer Basedow, Roger Fritz and Romina Power. Rated
R | | | Justine
(Italian title: Justine, una minorenne deliziosa, 1975, erotica) RATED
XXX, ITALIAN LANGUAGE WITH GREEK SUBTITLES "Directed by Joe D'Amato" (Edited
by Joe D'Amato using footage shot by Jess Franco), Italy Here's a rare one!
Joe D'Amato acquired footage from the unfinished Jess Franco film "De Sade's Juliet"
starring Lina Romay and combined it with footage from 2 other Franco movies "Midnight
Party" and "Shining Sex" and then added Nico Fidenco music from his "Black Emanuelle"
film soundtracks. The result is a graphic, quickly-paced and surprisingly effective
bleak sex drama. A long haired Romay plays Justine, a woman who stands on the
verge of suicide. Before she takes her own life she recalls the perverse sexual
encounters of her past that lead to her emotional collapse. Not a lot of dialogue
makes this easy to follow despite the lack of English. Note: The first few minutes
of the film "jumps" some but looks fine after the opening credits. Transferred
directly from an out-of-print Greek videotape. Not to be confused with Jess Franco's
"Justine" from 1968 aka "Deadly Sanctuary", this modern set
film contains XXX scenes. ADULTS ONLY

coming-of-age romance. Rated R

labbra, Spanish title:Historia de Eva, 1978, drama / erotica) WIDE-SCREEN
IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE Directed by Mimmo Cattarinich, Spain / Italy Worn
out and depressed, an army officer returns to his mansion estate to recuperate
from a battle. He is on the verge of suicide when he begins to notice the servants'
11 year old niece (Katya Berger) spying on him. His sudden love for the young
girl brings him out of his depression and he finds happiness in life again. But
why is he so fixated on the young girl? And what happens when his love starts
to turn obsessive despite the fact that he never makes sexual advances towards
her but remains a "gentleman"? A classy drama from Spain with Ugo Bologna,
Pierre Clémenti, José Luis López Vázquez, Maria Monti, Paul Müller, Bárbara Rey
and future Italian horror director Michele Soavi. This wide-screen version seems
to be more of a director's cut that contains
more nudity from Katya Berger and excludes
some of the more gratuitous mildly erotic flashback flashes that the man has from
his past (we include these scenes as an extra on the DVD-R along with the trailer).

with “A Quiet Place To Kill” (which was also titled “Paranoia” in some places!),
this film tells the story of a newly widowed millionaire (Baker) who allows a
not-so-innocent vagabond and his cute sister to stay at her mansion. The jet-set

ENGLISH LANGUAGE VERSION Directed by Charles Matton, France Offbeat and
unique sex & sci-fi fantasy film with Udo Kier. Alien beings disguised as
beautiful, elegant women invade Earth. Artsy and unusual for this type of film.
The somewhat juvenile "humorous" English dubbing (ie-
"Not on the Formica! It came all the way from Uranus!") is
fortunately not as bad as it could have been and doesn't ruin the beautiful photography
or surreal ambiance. Also starring Dayle Haddon, François Dunoyer, Jocelyne Boisseau,
Ginette Leclerc and Isabelle Mercanton. Rated

102 MINUTE FRENCH LANGUAGE VERSION, NO SUBTITLES Directed by Charles Matton,
France This original French version is drastically different then the
English version we offer! A seemingly more serious approach that reportedly tells
a somewhat different story and does away with the English dubbed jokes. The sex
scenes are a bit more graphic as well although still "softcore". Definitely
the most unique French erotic film ever made! The picture looks a bit dark on
this French version but still quite watchable. Available separately or pick up
both versions (see above), the French and the English, for $25.00! Rated R |

(original title: Scandalo, 1976, erotic drama) ENGLISH LANGUAGE
Directed by Salvatore Samperi, Italy Criminally underrated erotic period piece
drama starring Franco Nero as Armand, an Italian man who is working as a shophand
at the pharmacy of an upscale French family in order to dodge the draft. He is
fooling around with another employee there (Andréa Ferréol) when one night, after
closing, he mistakenly grabs Eliane (Lisa Gastoni), the manager and wife of the
owner, in the dark storage closet. Later Nero realizes the mistake he had made
but is curious as to why Eliane hasn't had him fired. He begins to realize the
power he has over her and, as the sexual tension builds, becomes more and more
dominating, at one point demanding that Eliane send her own young daughter Justine
(Claudia Marsani) to him so that he may quench his sexual desire for the girl!
The casting is excellent in this movie, and Gastoni is 100% believable as the
love-starved submissive. The DVD-R includes the original theatrical trailer. Heavily
recommended! Rated

title: Luxure aka Everybody's, 1976, erotica) RATED XXX, ENGLISH
LANGUAGE Directed by Max Pécas, France This is the hardcore version of
"Luxure", a film Pécas shot also in an alternate "softcore"
version. Both films are decent low-budget sex dramas starring "Brigette
Lanning" (blonde
Euro-sex starlet Karine Gambier)
as a troubled woman returning to an inn where, after being dumped there years
ago by her husband, she may be contemplating suicide. In the room next to hers
are a young newlywed couple and Gambier, in her mind, melds the image of her lost
lover with the unsuspecting young husband. The manager of the inn who may or may
not have raped her in the past (much of the story is intentionally ambiguous)
is determined to have Gambier at any cost. An interesting film that proves that
a low-budget sexploiter can be intelligent and effective! ADULTS
